An exciting opportunity to learn Spanish is returning to The Mountbatten School in Romsey this September, giving adults the chance to improve their language skills in a friendly and engaging setting.
From Thursday 11th September 2025, weekly evening classes will run during term time from 7:00pm to 8:30pm at Personal Best Education’s conference centre. The first half-term course, continuing until October half-term, costs £70 and includes refreshments. Free on-site parking is available.
The sessions are taught by Joey, an experienced and enthusiastic Spanish teacher who is dedicated to making language learning both enjoyable and accessible. The course focuses on practical conversation and grammar, helping learners gain confidence in speaking and understanding Spanish. With plenty of recap activities and speaking practice, students can progress steadily while feeling supported at every stage.
Learning a new language is both rewarding and fun, and these sessions provide a relaxed environment where making mistakes is simply part of the journey. Everyone learns together at a comfortable pace, building confidence step by step.
Alongside language skills, the course also introduces aspects of Spanish and Latin American culture, offering a richer understanding of the places where Spanish is spoken. Whether you’re starting from scratch or brushing up on existing knowledge, this course is designed to leave you with a real sense of achievement.
By the end of the half-term, participants will feel more confident, more comfortable, and better prepared to use Spanish in real-life situations—all while enjoying the process.
