The Position
We are looking for a competent and enthusiastic Customer Service Administrator to join our team at Personal Best Education. You should have excellent administrative skills and be confident dealing with customers at all levels.

The primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Provide a high-level of support to all Personal Best’s customers
  • Support the customer service provision across the Personal Best’s portfolio
  • Support the DBS implementation process across all seasonal and casual staff
  • Maintain excellent and up-to-date knowledge of all Personal Best’s provisions
  • Communicate politely, efficiently and effectively to all customer enquiries – by telephone, email and face to face ensuring customer service quality standards are exemplary
  • Use CRM to create, update and manage accurate records of contacts and bookings to help identify ways to improve systems
  • Effective understanding and application of all Management Information Systems for processing customer data, as well as maintaining up-to-date knowledge of key functionalities to ensure consistency and efficiency in administration

The Operations Coordinator role will have responsibilities in supporting the planning and delivery of Personal Best’s youth projects across the UK. The primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Support and take the lead in elements of the planning and delivery of youth projects, both residential and non-residential.
  • Prepare and provide progress and performance updates to the Operations Manager and other key stakeholders e.g., communications and reports.

The Position

This exciting and diverse role is responsible for Coordinating Personal Best’s sports coaching portfolio in schools.

The primary responsibilities include:

  • Maintain and manage all operational equipment to support delivery of main provision including but not limited to sports equipment, vans and bikes
  • Keep up to date knowledge of the required qualifications in school settings and ensure all coaches hold these and continually develop
  • Coordinate all sports coaching provision such as PPA and After-school Clubs, ensuring that all sessions are appropriately staffed with coaches who possess the relevant qualifications
  • Be the first port of call to cover school provision (PPA, After-School Clubs, etc) in the event of core coach’s holidays or sickness
  • Coordinate sports coaches, both contract and casuals, to ensure they maintain an excellent standard of provision and are approved to work with young people i.e. Valid DBS checks are maintained, qualified and experts in their field, aligned with the company’s values and goals etc.
  • Manage current network of school partners communication for bookings, sport selection and timetabling
  • Ensure coaches schedules are regularly updated via Ximble (Paycor) and that contracted staff are hitting their contracted hours
  • Keep van schedule up to date both on the Google Drive and whiteboard
  • Act as key contact for all coaching staff during delivery
  • Plan, prepare and deliver termly training with all contracted and casual Sports Coaches
  • Ensure Sports Coaches are utilising provided session plans and resources

The Position
This exciting and diverse role is required to support both the customer service
and operational functions of Personal Best Leisure Centre and its portfolio. The
Customer Service and Leisure Centre Assistant will support Personal Best’s
clients at the centre, both on arrival and during their visits. They will help to grow
the revenues of all Personal Best’s propositions at the Mountbatten site as well
as being part of a team focused on making a meaningful and positive impact on
the local community and beyond.


The primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Swimming Instructor

The Role

We have some fantastic opportunities for enthusiastic swimming coaches/teachers to join our team to deliver the swimming curriculum to schools and our Twin swimming programme. All of our coaching takes place at Places Leisure Eastleigh or The Quays in Southampton

What will you be doing?

  • You’ll be delivering swimming lessons to children aged 18 months to 11 years old.
