Part-time Roles

The Position

The Customer Services Administrator will play an integral part in supporting all departments within the business. This customer focused role will involve answering customer enquiries, providing customers with relevant information as well as other administrative responsibilities.

The primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Provide a high-level of support to all Personal Best’s customers
  • Support the customer service provision across the Personal Best portfolio
  • Maintain excellent and up-to-date knowledge of all Personal Best’s provisions
  • Communicate politely, efficiently and effectively to all customer enquiries – by telephone, email and face-to-face ensuring customer service quality standards are exemplary
  • Use CRM to create, update and manage accurate records of contacts and bookings
  • Effective understanding and application of all Management Information Systems for processing customer data, as well as maintaining up-to-date knowledge of key functionalities to ensure consistency and efficiency in administration
  • Work as part of a team to support organisational needs and achievement of strategic goals
  • Support other areas of the Personal Best business, when requested by line manager

Qualifications, Skills and Experience

  • Must hold a minimum of 5 x GCSE’s (or equivalent), grade A-C inc. Maths & English or equivalent certificates

THE POSITION

     Inspire and be a good role model for young people, motivating where required.

     Supervise, support and mentor young people during the NCS programme.

     Leading/facilitating engaging and educational sessions for young people on the NCS programme.

     Liaise with staff members and Designated Safeguarding Leads to ensure young people’s wellbeing is supported during delivery.

     To communicate effectively with senior staff, staff members and venue staff to ensure the smooth running of the programme.

     Work collectively with staff members to achieve aims, objectives and outcomes of the programme.

     Complete key admin tasks, such as registers and incident reporting.

     Follow appropriate procedures, including handling any safeguarding concerns in a timely and appropriate fashion in accordance to Personal Best Education policies.

     Lead daily guided-reflection sessions (covered in training).

     To support all young people in engaging with the activities on offer to them, demonstrating good participation.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop innovative and effective curricula for three themes (Personal Development, Future World of Work & Positive Impacts on Communities)comprehensive overview will be provided prior to interview
  • Research and suggest new learning methods and technologies, staying abreast of current trends and best practices 
  • Lead the preparation of detailed session plans and activities to support each session
  • Research, evaluate, and recommend platforms, resources, and multimedia materials 
  • Collaborate with Head of Youth Programmes to review course material for accuracy and progress

 

Aims and desired outcomes: 

  • Bespoke schemes of work to include detailed lesson plans with learning outcomes, timings, success criteria & resources that are appropriate for students in Key Stage 5.

The Position
This exciting and diverse role is required to support both the customer service
and operational functions of Personal Best Leisure Centre and its portfolio. The
Customer Service and Leisure Centre Assistant will support Personal Best’s
clients at the centre, both on arrival and during their visits. They will help to grow
the revenues of all Personal Best’s propositions at the Mountbatten site as well
as being part of a team focused on making a meaningful and positive impact on
the local community and beyond.

 

The primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
– To assist in the daily operation of the site ensuring a safe, efficient and
customer orientated service is provided to all visitors.
– Deal with customer enquiries and promote/sell the Personal Best portfolio –
face-to-face and telephone
– Log all relevant information on administration platform and access throughout
opening hours, as and when required
– Oversee and monitor the Leisure Centre during opening hours
– Opening and locking up the School site
– Set up and removal of various sporting & school equipment
– To maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness throughout the site at all
times, undertake routine cleaning duties as required
– To carry out other duties as may be required to ensure the site operation is
properly maintained to provide total customer satisfaction.

 

Qualifications and Education
