This month marks the end of an era as NCS – National Citizen Service Trust comes to a close. Since 2011, NCS has been more than just a programme; it has been a life-changing experience for over a million young people, giving them the confidence to step outside their comfort zones, build independence and connect with other young people from all walks of life.

At Personal Best Education, we’ve been privileged to play a part in this journey. Many of our team members have dedicated years to supporting young people through NCS, helping them grow in resilience and discover their potential. From volunteering projects that made a real impact in local communities to unforgettable teamwork moments, the memories created along the way will stay with us long after the programme ends.

While we are saddened to say goodbye, we are incredibly proud of what NCS has achieved. Its legacy will live on in the young people who took part, the communities they contributed to and the skills they carry forward into their futures.
