We’re delighted to welcome Anita Perry as our new yoga teacher at The Mountbatten School. Based in Romsey, Anita brings a calm, grounded approach to teaching that’s rooted in both her professional training and her love for nature. When she’s not on the mat, you’ll often find her hiking through the countryside or recharging by the sea.

Starting this April, Anita will be leading weekly yoga classes designed for all levels and abilities. Her sessions blend gentle Hatha yoga with mindful movement, helping participants connect with their breath, unwind from stress and regulate their nervous system.
Whether you’re new to yoga or returning to your practice, these classes offer a chance to stretch out, slow down and find your inner strength in a welcoming, supportive environment.
