A brand-new opportunity to learn Spanish is launching at The Mountbatten School in Romsey this spring, offering adults the chance to develop their language skills in a relaxed and engaging environment.
Starting on Thursday 24th April 2025, the weekly evening classes will take place during term time from 7:00pm to 8:30pm at Personal Best Education’s conference centre. The first term, running until May half-term, costs £50, which includes refreshments. Free parking is available on-site.
The sessions will be led by Joey, an experienced Spanish teacher, who is passionate about making language learning enjoyable and accessible. The course will focus on conversational skills and grammar, helping learners gain confidence in speaking and understanding Spanish. With a strong emphasis on regular recaps and plenty of conversation practice, students will build a solid foundation while feeling supported every step of the way.
Learning a new language is both rewarding and fun, and this course provides a safe, positive learning environment where making mistakes is just part of the process. Everyone will be in the same boat, learning together at a comfortable pace.
Beyond just language, the sessions will introduce elements of Spanish and Latin American culture, giving learners a deeper appreciation of the countries where Spanish is spoken. Whether you’re a complete beginner or looking to brush up on your skills, this course promises a real sense of accomplishment.
By the end of the term, participants will feel more confident, comfortable, and ready to use their Spanish in real-life situations—all while having fun!
