🌟 Monday Evening:

  • Yoga – 6:30 PM – 7:30 PM

  • Zumba – 7:30 PM – 8:30 PM
    Turn up the energy and let loose! Our Zumba class is a fun and high-energy way to burn calories and get your body moving to the rhythm of upbeat music.


🌟 Tuesday Evening:

  • Legs, Bums & Tums – 7:00 PM – 8:00 PM
    Target those trouble spots with this fun and effective workout. Strengthen and tone your legs, glutes, and core with a mix of exercises to sculpt and define.


🌟 Wednesday Evening:

  • Pilates – 7:00 PM – 8:00 PM
    Focus on core strength, flexibility, and posture with our Pilates class. Ideal for building long, lean muscles while improving your balance and stability.
