✔ Delivering sports coaching, PE sessions, wraparound care, holiday camps, and residential programmes
✔ Leading and coordinating leisure activities, birthday parties, and community events

Job Summary:

We are seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Fitness Instructor to join our team. As a Fitness Instructor, you will be responsible for leading fitness classes and providing guidance and motivation to participants.

 

Responsibilities:

– Conduct fitness classes, including but not limited to cardio, strength training, and flexibility exercises

– Create and deliver workout routines that cater to the needs and goals of participants

– Demonstrate proper exercise techniques and provide modifications as needed

– Educate participants on the benefits of each exercise and promote a safe and healthy workout environment

– Monitor participants’ progress and provide feedback and encouragement

– Maintain a clean and organised fitness area

Requirements:

– Certification in fitness instruction or related field

– Previous experience in sports coaching or personal training is preferred

– Excellent communication skills to effectively instruct and motivate participants

– Ability to adapt workouts for individuals with different fitness levels or physical limitations

– Passion for health, wellness, and helping others achieve their fitness goals

This exciting opportunity is required to support Personal Best’s Football delivery and strategy.

  • To support, lead and deliver on football coaching sessions for children aged 4-8 years of age.

  • Liaise with relevant staff members and Designated Safeguarding Lead to ensure young people’s well-being is supported at all times.
