About our Classes
Zumba with Phil – Mondays (7.30pm – 8.30pm)
A fun, high-energy dance workout inspired by Latin and international music. Zumba is great for burning calories, boosting your mood, and improving cardiovascular fitness.
Legs, Bums & Tums with Maddie – Tuesdays (7pm – 8pm)
A dynamic workout targeting the lower body and core. Designed to tone and strengthen key areas, this class involves a mix weights, resistance bands and aerobic exercises.
Pilates with Sarah – Wednesdays (7pm – 8pm)
A low-impact workout focusing on core strength, posture, and controlled movements. Pilates helps improve flexibility, balance, and stability, making it excellent for overall body conditioning and injury prevention.
